The Longneck Manor Experience

Longneck Manor offers animal encounters and overnight stays by reservation only. As an Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA)-accredited, 501(c)(3) non-profit conservation park, we operate at intentionally limited capacity to prioritize both guest experience and animal well-being.

Daily guided tours run at 11:00 AM daily and 2:00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and last approximately 75 minutes. These are small-group encounters with our resident Reticulated Giraffes and Southern White Rhinoceros and are limited to 14 guests per tour. Overnight guests enjoy exclusive encounters each morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, before the public tour begins.

A two-night minimum stay allows guests to fully settle into the rhythm of Longneck Manor. Enjoy morning encounters, guided experiences, and unhurried time with our conservation ambassadors. Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Guests are welcomed at the Karibu Welcome Center. Karibu is the Swahili word for "welcome" and where your dedicated Animal Care Specialist will introduce you to the experience ahead.
