The Villas at Longneck Manor

Luxury Villas Overlooking Wildlife
A serene, safari-inspired stay in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The Villas at Longneck Manor offer a private and relaxed way to enjoy the property while staying closely connected to the animals and surrounding landscape.
Surrounded by rolling Texas Hill Country views, a naturalistic rock kopje, and an African-inspired waterhole, each villa features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private viewing deck overlooking Longneck Manor's resident reticulated giraffes and southern white rhinoceros. Inside guests enjoy a spacious and luxurious living room with separate bedrooms and ensuites.
Featured by Forbes as a top wildlife hotel, each villa is positioned to keep the animals in view from your private deck. You watch them move between the waterhole and the rock kopje on their own schedule, then relax at night in a dark sky environment.
A Private Wildlife Encounter, Reserved for Villa Guests
Reserved exclusively for overnight guests, this private encounter is not available to the public.
Villa guests enjoy small-group wildlife encounters each morning from 9:00–11:00 AM, led by our Animal Care Specialists. These guided sessions provide direct access to feed giraffes and rhinos, two species listed on the IUCN Red list, learn about the species in our care, and spend time with our resident Conservation Ambassadors.
During your stay, you'll also enjoy special activities including giraffe painting, rhino skin prints, and time with Bruno the sloth. Your stays and animal encounters help fund the Longneck Manor Conservation Foundation, which in turn funds IRF, Save Giraffes Now, and GCF.
Outside of scheduled encounters, your private deck becomes your personal viewing lounge where you can take in the African waterhole and surrounding pastures at your own pace.
